Can I use the AURORA Algorithms?
Yes. We provide free Algorithms with Trading Clients (not for Broker Client). AURORA currently has more than 16 Algorithms and we can add more as per client requests and requirements.
Does AURORA have a Front-end Trading Platform for End Customers?
Unfortunately, not at this moment. We might develop it if we get such requests in the future.
I do not have dealing experience or know-how other than STP or NDD Dealing.
Please do not worry. You will get more benefits than ever before with the AURORA even if you stay with the STP or NDD Dealing Mode. We are here for you, we can help you if you would like to try other dealing capabilities as your consultant.

Can I add my favorite LPs to AURORA?
Yes, you can add your favorite LPs without any restriction and FIX API work cost. We will add not only your existing LPs, but also new LPs you would like to open a trading account with to AURORA.
Can you introduce me to reliable LPs?
Yes, we are very happy to introduce some reliable LPs and they will give you specially customized liquidity service for you.
Can I have a rate feed only distribution from AURORA to the MT4 /5 platforms?
Yes, we have that service for you. Please contact us for more details.
How can AURORA prevent a Margin Call or Stop-out?
AURORA has unique Auto-Rebalancing features to prevent a Margin Call or Stop-out. If properly utilized, the AURORA will NEVER allow Position Accumulation with a specific LP nor in a specific instrument. Moreover, once pre-set limit exceeds the acceptable level, AURORA will automatically gray-out either Bid or Offer to remove it from aggregation so that only preferable side will be aggregated to reduce an accumulated dangerous position under the safe size. Or, AURORA can operate perfectly to stay around zero amount level position by switching Bid or Offer gray-out frequently. And of course, AURORA will allow you to transfer and exchange positions between 2 LPs with one-click operation.
Do I need to deposit and withdraw margin funds from one LP to another based on the positions I open?
No, basically you do not have to. If you have enough End Customer Trading Flows and their Risk-hedged Positions among LPs effectively circulate well, the P/L or Net Balance in each LP Account will fluctuate moderately with proper AURORA system usage. Therefore, it will be very low frequency even if there happens a fund transfer necessity.
Technology & IT Infrastructure
Do I need to use AURORA’s MT4 / 5 Bridge?
We strongly recommend to use it if you are an AURORA user. But it is not must. Normally the “MT4 Admin – Data Feeds” accepts multiple Bridges and the Rate Feed is given to MT4 / 5 as per the installed Bridge-rank Position. The MT4 / 5 architecture itself allows you to simultaneously use your current Bridge and AURORA’s MT4 / 5 Bridge and each Bridge will back-up and cover with each other just in case a certain Bridge does not work nor support a specific instrument. However, AURORA MT4 / 5 Bridge has multiple LPs behind it and works solely as if you added many LP’s Bridges in the MT4 / 5.
Does AURORA provide an API?
Unfortunately, not at this moment. We might arrange it if we get such requests in the future.
How often do you update the system?
We are constantly improving AURORA and updates and features are added regularly at no extra cost.
How is AURORA tested before an update?
We have manual and auto tests for all AURORA upgrades and test with both standard and extreme scenarios.
How and when can I reach customer support?
We support our clients through Skype and E-mail during normal business hours and have 24h monitoring in case of emergency situations.

We have an Initial Set-up Fee and a Monthly Fee. The Monthly Fee has 2 options – “Fixed Fee + Volume Fee”, or “Fixed Fee Only”. Our client can choose and change to favorite option at any time without penalty. No Fees will be applied while setting up your accounts.

How long will it take to set-up my AURORA Account?
If you provide us all necessary information without any delay or problem, especially FIX API Specification and Credentials of your LPs, it normally takes between 2 weeks and 1 month to set-up your DEMO and LIVE accounts after exchanging contracts and initial fee payment successfully. No Fee will be applied while setting up your accounts.
Can I use AURORA even if I am an individual investor?
Yes, in some cases it will be beneficial. Contact us and we will examine your requirements.
